Leslie has her MBA and has spent 27 years launching and building businesses. She specializes in business strategy, processes, and culture building. She has worked in skateboarding, snowboarding, retail, wholesale, F&B, museums, + hospitality. Leslie is a wife and mother of two, so she doesn’t have much free time but when she does she: is an unofficial Aussie tamer; is an expert dumpling maker; is a TikTok influencer in training; has a business podcast called Out to Launch; and is a business coach committed to helping 1,000 people transition out of 9-5 by the end of 2022; and surprisingly gets a lot of sleep

Sho has a BFA in graphic design from Art Center and has spent over a decade working as a designer in fields like F&B, hospitality, music, museums, retail, skincare, and real estate. She specializes in branding businesses and helping create your vision as design. Sho is also a co-founder for Cutclass, a brand that helps people build their businesses and expertise. She spends her free time with Leslie, furniture shopping, looking at memes, forcing others to look at cute pictures of her dog, and attempting to creative direct her friends/family.
